(10) Things to know before you buy a plant from our store
Plants are living things, so we cannot 100% guarantee any plant will thrive in your space.
Plants are perishable, and just like any living things require proper environment and care.
We work hard to choose the healthiest plants and give you everything you need to succeed, including detailed care instructions — We guarantee that all of our plants are in healthy condition free from visible pests and disease at the time of sale — but once the plant is delivered to you, it's beyond our control and its behavior will completely depend on your care.
When you adopt a new plant, you accept the risk that they will get sick or die, and think of that as a natural part of dealing with living things.
Each plant is a unique living thing and may have varying needs, especially in their individual locations. Pay attention to the condition of your plant and its watering needs and you will have a long and happy relationship.
We provide essential care instructions only but these instructions are just guidelines. Watering frequency, care routine will vary depending on temperature, air circulation, light and humidity in a space.
If you see any signs of distress, please contact us immediately and we'll be happy to advise — and provide answers to your questions if any.
All plants go through acclimation period after being delivered and during major season changes. Some lower leaves might turn yellow or brown, plant might drop some leaves during these periods.
Make sure your plant is not placed near Heat or AC source. It is best to keep consistent room temperature throughout the seasons and not turn off Heat or AC when away or traveling. The best temperature ratio for almost any plant is (15°C-24°C).
Plants sickness or death are things that occasionally happens to even the best gardeners for no apparent reason, or for a reason that is out of control – a natural part of the process of growing plants.
Above all, make sure you’re ready for plant parenthood.
Your plant relies on you to give it healthy living conditions, we’re happy to help and provide advices to your inquires, but at the end of the day, you’re the plant’s guardian and your plant cannot survive without your love and care.
Plants and fresh flowers returns aren't accepted. All plants and fresh flowers are final sale items. We do, however, guarantee the health of our plants for (5) days after your order has been received/picked up of disease or pests. If your plant is exhibiting signs of disease or pests, please email photos along with a description of the issue and your order details (including your order/receipt number) to firstname.lastname@example.org, and we will process an exchange if same plant is available, otherwise you may choose any other type that is available of equal or higher value.
If a wrong product was sent, or the product arrives damaged, we will replace it free of charge. Notify us within first 24 hours and we will send a replacement asap.
If your plant is exhibiting signs of disease or pests within the first 5 days, we will replace it free of charge.
After 5 days period, we offer 20%-30% discount of an original price using an existing planter, plus free-of-charge planting and fertilizing fee. One can choose the same type of plant or any other type that is available for the existing planter’s shape and color, previously purchased from our store. (Please ask about our 'Evergreen Home' offer).
**Pick-up and delivery fees vary depending on a pick-up location and plant size. Send us a replacement request to email@example.com
Planters and Accessories Exchange Policy
Planters, plants' essentials and accessories may be exchanged within 3 days from date of purchase. Purchaser is responsible for return shipping costs. All Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Returns of used items will not be accepted, and must be in their original condition.
If you have to cancel an order, please do before 24 hours of delivery date/time and we will refund the entire amount of order value, subject to deduction of charges if any.
If you cancel your order less than 24 hours before your product has shipped, we will refund the entire amount minus re-stocking fee of 10% of order value, and subject to deduction of other charges if any.
If you cancel your order after the shipment but before receipt of the item, the same will be liable for deductions, in addition to two-way shipping costs.
All cancellations are subject to a cancellation charge/bank transaction charge of (2.5%) of your total order value.
All refunds are processed in a form of store credit. If otherwise, Refunds will be made onto the original mode of payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depends on the issuing bank of the credit card.
There are circumstances when the company might have to cancel a particular order.
Your receipt of an electronic or another form of order confirmation does not signify our final acceptance of your order. ROUGE 'N' LOVE reserves the right at any time after the receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason.
Although our online stock inventory is programmed to update automatically, ROUGE 'N' LOVE reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, to inform you via telephone or email or mobile text about a shortfall in the quantity you ordered of any item. In all such cases, we have the right to either supply you less than the quantity you ordered or cancel your order with prior notice to you.
