Strict requirements are applied when choosing the ingredients for Culvita Cactus Soil. Only ingredients that meet the manufacturer's standards are used. For example, sand is added to this product. By adding sand, the soil becomes more airy and the water permeabilicy capacity is improved. Cacti and succulents do not like soil that is too moist.
Care Tip
Cacti and succulents have a growth, blooming and rest period. They vary per plant type. Make sure there is extra light or direct sunlight available during the growth period. Give little or no water and nutrition during the rest period.
Instructions for use
Culvita Cactus Soil is used to pot and re-pot Cacti and Succulents. Re-pot Cacti and Succulents that are in a small pot every year. This can be done every two to three years for plants in a large pot, preferably before they start to bloom in the spring, Remove as much of the old soil as possible. Scatter a layer of Cactus Soil in the pot or box and place the Cacti or Succulents on top of it. Add soil around it and keep pressing the soil down lightly.

Although this product contains a fertilise, it will still be necessary to add extra fertiliser over time. This depends on your plants' needs. Use special cactus nutrition for this.
